    This story begins with 7 years of research to give birth to an innovative hair care tool.

    The campaign

    A B2C campaign spotlighting Rowenta's revolutionary steam brush that repairs damaged hair, built like a behind-the-scene documentary at the heart of the R&I centers.

    TECHNOLOGY x CREDIBILITY

    The challenge

    Launching this steam brush made Rowenta face 2 big challenges:

    1/ The brand has a unique technological expertise and a strong credibility on the cleaning sector. But how to convince consumers of their legitimacy on the hair care category?

    2/ Consumers have been told for decades that heat damages hair. So how to explain heating can actually repair in a credible way?

    The answer

    We shed light on the real science behind Hair Therapist: engineers, labs, patents, years of R&D. And we made this science as relatable as it is serious.

    The job

    A 1’30 documentary-style film allowing consumers to discover the science secrets behind Hair Therapist: from the very first sketches, to prototypes and clinical tests on real hair, consumers are taken through a full scientific journey that highlights R&D credibility and demonstrates the device efficacy.
